Heat
the Ghee (clarified butter) in a pan. Add the gram flour and sauté it
on a low flame stirring continuously till light reddish brown. You
will be able to smell a beautiful aroma of cooked flour. Once it is
browned, let it cool . Add powdered cardamom and sugar. Mix well. Add
chopped cashews and raisins. Shape into round balls about 2 inches in
diameter and let them cool. Store in an airtight container.
