Here
are some very easy to make cocktails for an evening of entertaining.
These are creations that are not only yummy but very easy to make.
Try your own variation for a twist! All the alcoholic
preparations mentioned below are for adults only. Kids DO NOT TRY

Shandy
A great refreshing cocktail |

Mug Beer - TajMahal or any other Indian beer
1/2 Mug 7-Up or Sprite
Pour and Serve Chilled. Do not stir. |

1 teaspoon sugar
Dash of bitters
Splash of Seven-Up |
Stir.

and pour over ice. (You may also use Rose's Lime Juice and omit the

Gimlet substitutes vodka for gin. |

Cocktail
A twist to the Gimlet |

ounces gin
2 ounces bottled lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar |
Stir
extremely well with ice. Strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass.
Sugar frost rim of glass. |

Punch
Great party drink |
Ice
blocks or Ice cubes
juice from 12 lemons
Sugar to taste
16 ounces brandy
8 ounces Curacao
16 ounces Soda or Seven-up
2 bottles champagne
Fruit slices of Oranges, lemons, Limes. |
Chill
all ingredients. Place ice blocks in punch bowls. Mix lemon juice
with sugar to taste. Pour into punchbowl with brandy and Curacao.
Let chill. Add soda water and champagne just before serving. Float
fruit slices in the bowl. |

Black coffee
Whipped cream |
Mix
whiskey and sugar. Add coffee to within 1/2 inch of rim, top with
whipped cream. You can also pour half'n half if desired. |

1/4 shot coffee liqueur
1/4 shot hazelnut liqueur (Frangelico)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream

Place
in blender with 1/2 cup of ice and blend until smooth. |
