Cold Coffee with Ice-Cream

Kids love it on a hot day! 

• 1/2 cup milk - whole or 2%
• 1/2 cup crushed ice
• 3 teaspoons sugar or Sugar substitute
• 1 teaspoon of your favorite instant coffee (caffineated or de-caffinated)

Blend at high speed in a blender till frothy. Serve chilled. Top with 1 scoop of vanilla bean ice-cream.
