Green
Chutney for Sandwiches
- 1 cup
freshly grated coconut
- 1 cup
chopped coriander or cilantro leaves
- 2 green chilies
or according to taste
- 2 tspns.
lemon juice
- 1 to 11/2
tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp.
cumin seeds
- Salt to
taste
Put all
ingredients in a small blender. Blend till smooth. Add very
little water as required. Use on buttered or non-buttered bread for
sandwiches.
