Grilled Pineapple with Cool Whip

Store-bought pineapple rings in a can.

For the sauce:

Add the juice from pineapple tin

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1/2 tablespoon soy sauce

Grill pineapple rings on medium hot coals and brush with the sauce. Cook until rings are hot and tender. Serve with a big dollop of Cool Whip.

Great and quick dessert !
