Masala Peanuts
Tired of
eating the store bought peanuts ? Well, try this zesty recipe for
peanuts. This is a very popular recipe for peanuts in India. You
can make these ahead of time.

they are so different that your guests will wonder where you got them
from and yearn for more ! Your party will be a hit! Serve them at YOUR
next party.
| 1 cup
Salted Roasted Peanuts |
| 1/2 cup
Gram flour |
| 1/4th
cup Rice flour |
| 1 1/2
teaspoon Chili powder |
| 1/4th to
1/2 teaspoon Salt |

1.
Sieve gram flour and rice flour through a fine sieve.

2. Mix
gram flour, rice flour, chili powder and salt together in a
bowl.

3. Stir
in the peanuts and slowly add four to five tablespoons
of water. The peanuts get well coated with a thickish mixture.
|
|
4.
Heat oil in a wok / kadai and drop the peanuts into the hot
oil. Separate the peanuts that clump together. Deep fry over
medium heat till the peanuts are golden brown. Allow to
cool and place in an airtight container.
